CD cover - Martika's Kitchen
Martika’s Kitchen was one of my favorite albums in the 80s. “Water”, “Coloured Kisses”, and “Cross my heart” continue to be my favorites to this day. I also am a fan of Martika hence my pen name, “M”. I tried acquiring “Martika” here in WordPress but it says it’s already taken.
Anyway, I’m glad to have Martika’s Kitchen — it will be as fascinating as the songs and lyrics in the album and it will also have a lot of color. MY “kitchen” will simply be brewing with a lot of funny stories chronicling my adventures, my journey as a single, 30-ish year old woman who believes that more laughter and learnings have yet to come.
Wow, I finally did it! I’ve been encouraged so many times to do a blog and here it is, finally, with a really cool name, may I add.
So stay tuned and thanks for dropping by. It is my hope that you leave my “kitchen” being entertained or learning a thing or two about something I’ve written.
